Nutrition Counseling

Initial Visit

follow-up visit

An initial 60-minute nutrition assessment is a comprehensive session designed to get a full picture of your health and nutrition needs. During this visit, we review your medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. We discuss any symptoms or concerns you may have and evaluate how nutrition may be impacting your overall health. Together, we create an individualized plan with practical, realistic strategies to support your wellness journey. This session also allows time to answer your questions and set clear next steps for ongoing support.

A 30-minute follow-up visit is a focused session to check in on your progress and provide ongoing support. We review your goals, discuss what’s working well, and address any challenges or changes since your last visit. This time allows us to adjust your nutrition plan as needed, answer questions, and provide practical strategies to keep you moving forward. Each follow-up is tailored to your unique needs to help you stay motivated and on track.

discovery call

A discovery call is a free, 15-minute conversation where you can share your goals, ask questions, and learn how nutrition counseling works. It’s a chance to see if we’re the right fit for your needs before booking a full session. Many people find it helpful for clarifying what services are covered by insurance, understanding how we can support their health concerns, and feeling confident about taking the next step toward lasting changes.
