I am Jenn, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), wife, and a mother of 5 girls, including twins.  I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where most of my family still lives.  I started my career in the hospital setting working with patients of various dietary demands, pediatric patients and those requiring IV and enteral nutrition support.  I am now excited to use my extensive hospital nutrition background to help with your nutrition goals.
I am a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), certified since 2007.  I have over 15 years of experience working in hospitals and outpatient clinics in North Carolina and Northern Virginia.  I have worked in the Medical ICU, Cardiac Care Unit, Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, a Burn Unit, Neonatal ICU, and an outpatient Radiation Oncology clinic.  I want to continue improving nutrition in your home, using real food to help you enjoy life again.

While I'm multi-tasking a busy household of 5 growing daughters and being married to a busy Gastroenterologist, I have acquired an extensive experience building a weekly kitchen menu, stocking a dynamic pantry, keeping both health and a lean budget in mind. In my free time I enjoy cooking, running, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
