The placement of G-tube, GJ-tube, or J-tube can be very overwhelming but also very necessary for optimizing nutrition intake. Over the 15 years working in the hospital setting and now in the private practice sector I am seeing more clients who are being lost in the medical system and unfortunately their nutrition status is suffering. As a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician I am dedicated to providing specialized and individualized care to enteral fed clients. I want to bridge that gap between all your medical providers and provide the necessary assessment and continued follow-up for optimal nutrition care. I am excited to give you the personalized and experienced care at discharge or at initial tube placement to maintain optimum nutrition.

Dietitian Experience

Jenn has been a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician for >15 years working with both adults and pediatrics who are critically ill, burn patients, oncology, long-term tube fed patients. I am required to re-certify every 5 years to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I have been on many multidisciplinary teams implementing protocols for enteral nutrition.

Certified Nutrition Support Clinicians have specialized experience with stomach/colon cancer, oropharyngeal or oroesophageal cancer, cancer, dysphagia, malabsorption, gastroparesis and many more. I will work with you to provide the nutrition regimen that works for you and your lifestyle.

Full Coordination with Your Health Care Team

Physician offices and home health agencies are often overwhelmed and don’t always have the experience working specifically with enteral nutrition. So why not leave that up to me! I will coordinate your enteral nutrition care with your Physician, Oncologist, home health company as well as your family to give you the best nutrition care possible. Let your personal Dietitian do all the order writing and coordination of care so you can optimize your nutrition.

Already a Pro

Do you already have a feeding tube and have been using it for a while? Do you need to make sure you are receiving the right nutrition regimen? Or are you looking to transition to an oral diet?

This Package Includes:

  • Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment - 60 minutes

  • 3 Follow-up Visits - 30 minutes

  • Contact with Physician and Home Health to coordinate care to make changes if necessary

  • Contact with your Registered Dietitian via text or email as often as needed during package time frame.

New with a Tube

Are you scheduled for a tube placement or recently had a tube placed? This package is for a complete nutrition assessment prior to or at time of discharge from hospital or after tube placement and full coordination with health care team.

This Package Includes:

  • Nutrition assessment - 60 minutes

  • 5 Follow-up Visits - 30-45 minutes

  • Contact with Physician and Home Health to coordinate nutrition care.

  • Unlimited contact with your Registered Dietitian via text or email for the first 6 months.

Consistent follow-up with a Registered Dietitian has been shown to result in improved nutrition status and treatment outcomes.

  • Currently we are in network with Aetna. For all other insurance providers or those with out-of-network coverage we are more than happy to provide a super-bill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • No! You don’t have to do a package although it will save you money! Due to the complexity of medical conditions, time to coordinate care with Physician and Home Health the following are single visit prices.

    Initial Consultation (60 minutes) $200

    Follow-up Visit (30-45 minutes) $125

  • Facilities like cancer centers, rehab centers, outpatient clinics and home health companies can be understaffed or have Dietitians with limited knowledge on nutrition support. With Jenn you will receive individualized care from a Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian with >15 years experience working with patients on enteral nutrition support. I am able to spend the time researching your personal medical history and continue to follow you a frequent as you desire.

  • Please inquire about our pricing for package options. Visits will vary depending on the individual.

  • Your best nutritional outcome comes from a team approach- with both an experienced Registered Dietitian with a Certification in Nutrition Support, as well as your Physician that knows your medical history. We work to bridge the gap between your Doctor, Home health, and Registered Dietitian. Doctors are often very grateful for the expertise Registered Dietitians bring when they are caring for a patient on tube feeding. Doctors are seeing a heavy load of patients, and may not have experience working specifically with tube feeding. That’s where I come in!
